All sales made through House of Slabs are considered final unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of collectible and graded items, we do not offer refunds based on buyer’s remorse, changes in market value, or differences in personal grading opinions. Product descriptions and images are provided to help you make an informed purchase, and all items are sold “as‑is.”
If an item arrives damaged due to carrier handling, the buyer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. House of Slabs is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third‑party shipping services. Refunds will only be issued in situations where House of Slabs determines that an error occurred on our part, such as shipping the incorrect item.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy and understand that House of Slabs’ liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
